Sample Readings

When you have determined what objects you see in the cup, try to make a story out of it. Whether you are doing a general reading or answering a specific question, it is fairly simple to put together a scene.

This is where you need to use your intuition. Simply put, say what your gut feeling is telling you. Another reader could interpret the same formations totally differently. Don’t be concerned about being right or what someone else would do.

The following are four examples of how I personally might interpret the exact same symbols in different circumstances.

The symbols in the cup are:

• ANCHOR—Your worries will soon be lifted.

• BIRDS FLYING—News will come quickly.

• FLAG—Beware of danger or quarreling.

• NEEDLE—You will be admired for an achievement.

• NUMBER SEVEN—Love is coming your way. Or the number 7 literally.

The following are several possible interpretations of those images:

1. GENERAL READING, INTERPRETATION 1: Within seven days, you will be admired for staying out of an argument. As a result, present negativity in your life will be removed quickly. By walking away, you will have avoided a dangerous situation.

2. GENERAL READING, INTERPRETATION 2: I feel there is a strong indication that you will argue with someone, but the quarrel will end quickly. You will both feel a sense of relief that the air has been cleared. People will agree with you that you were right to end the confrontation before it got worse. The number seven appears in the cup. This tells me it could take place around seven o’clock in the morning or evening. The other possibility is that the conflict could be resolved in seven minutes.

3. Specific question: “Will I find a boyfriend soon?”

1. ANSWER 1: Someone is going to come into your life quickly. Unfortunately, you may find that he has qualities you do not care for, and you may break off the relationship. Others will admire you for your judgment and foresight.

2. ANSWER 2: In approximately seven days, news will come that a guy you know has broken up with his girlfriend. This is due to a quarrel or disagreement. Be careful that you don’t get romantically involved too fast. You may be overanxious and wanting to feel that your loneliness has ended. He will admire you for your caution about relationships. However, I sense much negativity around this whole situation. Other people out there may be more suited for you. If you give him a pass, someone will move into your life soon.

You can understand how these scenarios can be altered. As I mentioned earlier, for this reason, many people cannot read tea leaves for themselves. It is very easy to see what we want to see!

The full Moon can infuse you with whatever you are looking for, whether that is an achievement, intuition, or a fulfilled request. It’s up to you how and if you want to use this phase. The full Moon is Moon magic at it’s most excellent, so endeavor to test your sensitivity and see if you are a good match.
